Formula:

Arnica Montana - for sore, bruised feeling. Rheumatism of muscles and tendons

Cimicifuga Racemosa - for muscular cramping pains. Stiffness and contraction in neck and small of back.

Guaiacum - for acute rheumatism, stiffness and immobility. Joints swollen, painful, intolerant of pressure.

Bryonia - for aching in every muscle, worse from motion, better from rest.

Rhus Toxicodendron - for rheumatic pains and stiffness that is better from gentle motion and warmth.

Uses:

Relief of symptoms of pain in joints associated with minor arthritis symptoms.   Also indicated for minor muscular pain associated with over-exertion, especially in back and neck.

Indications:

Adults: Dissolve 3 to 4 tablets under tongue every 4 hours or as needed.
