Natural, home remedies to reduce fatigue and tiredness include:

  • Bring 1 cup water a boil, and then remove from heat.  Add 2 Tbsp mint and 2 Tbsp horsetail, and allow to seep for 5 minutes.  Strain and drink.
  • For fatigue, try drinking a mixture of royal jelly with grapefruit juice.  Extract the juice of a grapefruit, and mix together with 1 Tbsp of royal jelly and a cinnamon stick.
  • Make a healing juice. In a blender, add 2 cups of green grapes, 2 small, very mature bananas and 3 peeled oranges. Then pour juice into a large glass and top with finely grated lime zest and fresh mint leaves.  Drink immediately.
  • In a handkerchief put some drops of mint oil and inhale.
