  • In a 4 cups of water, add 7 Tbsp Rosemary leaves, 7 Tbsp horsetail, and 7 Tbsp stinging nettle.  Boil on low flame for 5 minutes and let soak until cool.  Strain.  Recommended to be used after washings for massaging into the scalp.
  • After washing hair, rinse with a mixture of 1 liter of hot water with a fair amount of apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour 1 cup of olive oil into a bowl and add 7 peeled and ground almonds.  Let mixture sit for about a week in a cool, dry area.  Mix daily for a week.  This mixture can be used to massage the hair:  wet fingertips in the oil mixture and rub scalp in a circular motion.  After letting mixture set for 3 hours, hair may be washed.  Repeat this massage three times monthly. 
  • Mix together mayonnaise, aloe vera, and tomato in a blender and apply before going to bed.  Cover head with a cap and leave on during the night.  Wash off the following day.
