Home remedies for Osteoarthritis can be very simple and effective for helping to relieve inflammation and pain.

  • Take 1 Tbsp cod liver oil on an empty stomach, daily.
  • Drink 1 glass of grapefruit juice daily.
  • Shark cartilage is highly beneficial for Osteoarthritis, rheumatism, arthritis, spinal cord problems and everything related to the bones and joints.
  • Massage the affected area with rosemary and mint oil.  To make oil, mix 5 drops of vegetable oil with rosemary and mint leaves, and crush leaves into oil.
  • Add horsetail, marshmallow root, to 1 cup boiling water.  Simmer for 10 minutes.  Drink 3 times a day before meals.
