- An infusion of rosemary helps to calm nervous tension.
- Mix equal parts of lemon balm, valerian, hops, violet, lime and orange flowers. Drink a Tbsp of the infusion when the headache appears.
- Drink an infusion of a mixture of calendula and bloodwort.
- Make a lavender infusion. Add 1 tsp of lavender flowers to 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and let seap of 15 minutes. Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup in the evening.
