Here are some home remedies that may help relieve the discomfort and pain of flatulence:
- Mix ½ tsp of a tea of ground ginger with a pinch of asafetida and a pinch of rock salt in a cup of luke warm water. Drink to relieve gas pain.
- Make an infusion with a mixture of a Tbsp of chopped anis pod in a cup of water and drink it warm. If the anis is in the form of a seed, boil ½ tsp in a cup of water for 2-3 minutes and drink it warm.
- At each meal, drink a mixture of 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar and 2 tsp honey in a glass of water.
- Boil a bunch of celery in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Drink with each meal.
- Boil a bunch of thyme in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Drink 1 cup daily. You may add 1 tsp of honey if desired.
