· Mint juice is beneficial in the treatment of diarrhea. Mix one tsp of fresh mint juice with one tsp each lemon juice and honey. You can drink this three times daily.
· Turmeric is considered a very effective home remedy for diarrhea because it is a useful intestinal antiseptic. Also, it has a tonic and gastric stimulant. Mix one Tbsp of turmeric juice or one Tbsp turmeric powder with one cup milk or water, and drink.
· Ginger also can relieve diarrhea caused by indigestion because it helps stimulate the gastrointestinal tract. Make a tea with a piece of fresh or dry ginger, or mix ¼ tsp ginger powder in the tea, then drink.
· Mix one Tbsp rice powder with one glass milk. Drink in doses of 30 grams every 30 minutes.
