However, the good news is that for those days when we often feel like we can’t make it out of bed in the morning, there are some traditional home remedies that may offer us help.
- Take fish oil capsules or add fish to your diet. Studies have confirmed that omega-3 fatty acids help to relieve depression.
- There are various fruits, herbs and botanicals that help to improve feelings of depression such as aloe, geranium, grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, lemon, mandarin, orange, chamomile and rose.
