Some symptoms of poor blood circulation include:

The following popular home remedies may possibly help to relieve this problem:

  • A very old tradition to improve blood circulation consists of soaking the feet, preferably at night, in a bowl of hot water with a pinch of cayenne pepper dissolved.
  • A traditional Chinese remedy consists of ginger baths for the feet.  To make this bath, mix ¼ of a ground ginger root in 2 liters (8¼ cups) of hot water.  Then place feet in the water and soak.
  • Drink an infusion of Ginkgo Biloba.  Ginkgo Biloba is considered an excellent remedy that claims to expand the blood vessels and help in circulation, making the arterial walls more elastic.
  • Blend 3 carrots, then add a little apple cider vinegar, garlic extract with a little wheat germ oil, then apply, massaging to the skin.
  • Drink freshly squeezed lemon juice with 2 garlic cloves.  This may help to maintain correct circulation.  Recommended to be taken on an empty stomach.
