Your baby’s already formed fingers are developing finger tips and finger prints which are already starting to show. On the other hand, his face now has more baby-like features due to the continuous development of his neck and the fact that his head and body are more in proportion now.

Although his skin is still transparent, his bones are hardening little by little. Nevertheless, they will remain flexible enough so as to be able to go through the narrow vaginal canal during labor.

Your baby continues to develop fast during these weeks. Now he weighs about 5 ounces or 140 grams and measures 5 inches and a half or the equivalent in centimeters which is 13.
