President, Hyland's, Inc.

Dale Nepsa earned his Bachelors degree in business from Miami University (Ohio) with a concentration in marketing and economics and began his career as a regional manager with the Dial Corporation. After a move to a management job at Clorox, Mr. Nepsa joined Lee Pharmaceutical as National Sales Manger in 1982 taking the company from $5.0 million to $56.0 million in just five years. After a five year term as President and CEO of Nepsa Marketing Professionals, a highly successful California sales and marketing firm specializing in Health and Beauty Aid products, Mr. Nepsa joined Hyland's, Inc. in 1992 as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Nepsa took on additional duties as the Company's Vice President in 1996 and as President in 2006. He is responsible for the growth and development of all retail divisions including Natural Food, Traditional Food, Drug and Mass classes of trade for the Company. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Management Team and has additional responsibilities of sales management, broker management and Key Account responsibilities as well as overseeing general sales and marketing development for the Company.
